My birthday weekend was great, although it’s left me a wee bit tired. Both shoots went really well and I had enough time to have some fun.
The first was for Club Relaford. The photos were of Iraq policy maker Secretary Schmirer. Interesting to say the least. I won’t give my personal thoughts. I’ll just link to the article once it comes out.
The second shoot was for a new DJ/Drummer duo–Kenny Kaos and DJ Manifesto. I was actually very impressed. The concept is that DJ Manifesto is spinning records (trance and house this particular night) while Kaos plays live drums. Again I say…I was impressed. I’m still working on those photos, but I’ll post a few when they are all done.
I have quite a few things coming up this week…a reggae symposium at the Jamaican embassy…a dance performance on Friday…headshots on Saturday. Thankfully, I’ve picked up a new sketchbook or else I would be completely lost.

My new sketchbook from Borders!
