I was supposed to do a Valentine’s day shoot yesterday. I found someone, went to Georgetown, picked the perfect location…and then they had a flat tire. So instead, I adapted and took a few photos of what I felt like. Pretty refreshing.
Then I attended the “Luck of the Draw” art show that Artomatic was having in Southwest. As I was there, I realized that there was really no reason that I wasn’t exhibiting my stuff. I’m pretty proud of what I shoot all the time, but especially when I’m just shooting something for myself. So now, one of my personal goals for this year is to exhibit some of my stuff. No use hiding all this talent! Artomatic registration opens in March and I’ll be applying. Wish me luck!
Here’s a photo I took in Georgetown on Saturday. You can see the others on flickr.
